What is the cancellation or pause policy?
Cancellation or pause requests must be made at least 1 day in advance before 9:00 PM. Requests made after this time may not be applicable for the next day, as meals would have already been planned and prepared.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to selected areas in Thiruvananthapuram. Please enter your location on the app or website to check if your area is serviceable.
Will the menu change daily? Can I choose meals?
Yes, our menu changes daily to provide variety and balanced nutrition. We follow a fixed weekly menu, so individual customization or item selection is not available.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled as per our policy. Since meals are prepared in advance, refunds may not be applicable in certain cases.
What if my delivery is delayed or missed?
We strive to deliver on time every day. In case of any delay or missed delivery, please contact our support team immediately—we will resolve the issue at the earliest.
Do you offer vegetarian and non-vegetarian options?
Yes, we offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals based on the daily menu.
