Refund Policy

At Mealar, we prepare fresh meals daily based on confirmed orders. Because food is perishable and made-to-order, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our customers and our kitchen operations.
Skips / Pauses
Subscription meals can be skipped or paused before the daily cutoff time.
For eligible skips or cancellations:
- The meal value will be credited to the Mealar Wallet only.
- Wallet credits can be used for future Mealar orders.
Meals not skipped before the cutoff time are treated as confirmed and are not refundable.
Refund Eligibility (Delivery or Service Issues)
Refunds or wallet credits may be issued in the following cases:
- Non-delivery due to Mealar's fault.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Food received in spoiled or unsafe condition.
- Major quality issues (subject to verification).
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with order details and photos where applicable.
In such cases, refunds may be issued either to the original payment method or as Mealar Wallet credits, at Mealar's discretion.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Late cancellations or missed skips.
- Customer unavailability at delivery location.
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Taste preferences or personal dislike.
- Orders marked as delivered.
- Missed deliveries not caused by Mealar.
Mealar Wallet Credits
Wallet credits:
- Are non-transferable.
- Cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts.
- Can only be used for future Mealar purchases.
- Wallet balance does not expire unless otherwise stated.
